Special Project Team is designed to take charge of new projects and train the dedicated team for smooth operations.

Deployment of personnel and vehicle is done as per Customer’s requirement.

After satisfactory training and operation, our specialized team hands over the project to designated Site Manager.

Site Manager is assigned for each site to take care of routing, co-ordination with Clients and day-to-day operational control.

Site Manager is also responsible for feedback and implementation of the suggestions / requirements of Client.

Operational Team for each site ensures the presence of the driver at least two hours prior to the scheduled shift, to ensure smooth and timely operation (pick/drop).
